PEM BAJIO was founded in 2014 by a group of engineers with different specialties with more than 20 years of experience in construction, in order to offer safety and quality services for different types of industry.

QUALITY POLITICS

PEM Bajio , a Mexican company dedicated to the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, assembly of control panels, manufacture and installation of structures, tanks, pipes & rental of machinery, cranes & forklifts, has decided to implement a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard to standardize its processes, focused on the products and services it provides to its customers. The general management of PEM Bajio focuses on the Quality System as a way of organizing the operation of the company, based on basic pillars such as the Quality of its products, Customer Satisfaction & Continuous improvement of the efficiency of the system. To do this, the PEM Quality Management System is based on: Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all members starting from the top and at all levels. Quality is obtained by PLANNING, EXECUTING, REVIEWING & IMPROVING the Quality Management System, bearing in mind at all times the context of the organization, both internal and external. Quality is oriented towards the satisfaction of all our customers and interested parties, through the commitment of the entire organization to meet their needs and legal and regulatory requirements related to products and services. Quality is based on Continuous Improvement, both of products and service provision, as well as the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in which preventing errors is a fundamental aspect. Quality directs them to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and possible improvements that new technologies make available to us. Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, so this Policy is disseminated to all PEM Bajio personnel for their knowledge and understanding. In each project that we participate in, safety is paramount for the performance of our workers, safety comes first, there is no more important thing in a project than the safety of our workers, our employees are familiar with the safety culture, since they are an important part for the development of each activity
